Field Agent is a handy app that gives you the opportunity to earn money whilst you’re out and about shopping.
There are plenty of money making opportunities out there, but it is often difficult to find out those that are worthwhile, those that take far too much effort and those that are just scams.
Think of Field Agent as mystery shopping. However, instead of you going home and completing a report at the end of your task, all the information is sent straight from your phone.
What is Field Agent?
Field Agent collects information for businesses by the use of crowdsourcing. Simply put, they collect data from you and then send it on to businesses that require it.
How does it work?
Signing-up is a simple process. You provide your name, date of birth, gender and email address. You also need to provide your postcode, so they can match you with jobs in your local area. There are a few more questions such as whether you drink, smoke, have pets, etc. You then have to complete a simple Agent Training survey and you then wait for the jobs to roll in.
Jobs generally involve you completing small tasks in shops or completing surveys.
Are there many jobs available?
Unfortunately, not in my area. I waited for a couple of weeks and nothing appeared. The only message I received gave me the opportunity to complete a survey for a chance to win £100, but that was all. I do live in a smallish town though, so it wasn’t totally unexpected. If you live in a major town or city, you should see plenty of jobs available.
How am I paid?
When you have money in your Field Agent account, you can either withdraw using PayPal or have the funds sent directly to your bank account.
Is it worth it?
For me, so far it has been a no. I’m still waiting for a chance to earn money. However, I know of people from larger towns that make a decent amount of money from it. My advice would be to sign up and see what’s available.
