Where can I sell my coins?

Because these coins are still quite inexpensive, if you want to sell them, your best bet would be to use an auction site like eBay. Here you will find plenty of customers looking to complete their coin collections. You can also try places like Facebook Marketplace. Although there won’t be as many potential buyers, you won’t have to pay fees.

Are these 50p coins worth selling?

Only you can decide. None of these coins will make you a large profit, but they should still make you some money. And if you can sell a 50p coin for £4, that’s an easy way to make money. But remember that you may have to pay auction fees and postage.

It may be worth holding on to them as coins tend to become more valuable the older they are. However, it could be many years before they increase in worth significantly.

How much are the Beatrix Potter coins if sold together?

If you’re considering collecting all the coins and selling them as one lot, you’re unlikely to make much more money than selling them individually. At the moment, a complete set sells for around £25 – an average of £1.92 per coin. This is because the majority of collectors already have most coins in the set and are looking for individual coins to complete their collection.
