You might notice the platform looks slightly different now. In recent years MyLifestyle has been integrated into the Reward Gateway system owned by Edenred, which powers many workplace benefits portals across the UK.
Most users now access their discounts through the Smart Spending app, although you can still log in through the desktop portal.
Don’t worry if the branding looks different — many Civil Service intranets still refer to the platform as MyLifestyle, even though the technology behind it now runs on Reward Gateway.
The main savings come from discounted gift cards and e-vouchers, usually offering around 3–8% off popular retailers.

Like MyLifestyle, it mainly works through discounted vouchers and cashback offers.

Personally, I’d only bother with the prepaid card if you know you’ll actually use it.
Blue Light Card
