What was in my SnackVerse box?
I ordered the Original box. Delivery took just under two weeks, which is fairly typical for international snack boxes.
My box featured snacks from the USA and included a mix of crisps, chocolate bars, sweets, biscuits and a soft drink. A leaflet inside explained the country theme and described each item.
As expected, there were some things I really enjoyed and others I wouldn’t buy again — but that’s the nature of discovery boxes.
Value-wise, the contents felt fair given the international sourcing.

Don’t trust Snacksurprise aside from the late boxes and out of date snacks. They simply won’t cancel a subscription. Been trying for about six weeks. Having to get my bank to block them. Pretty shocking.

SnackVerse & SnackSurprise is one and the same and still has appalling customer service, it’s also impossible to leave anything but a 5* review on their site.
I ordered in December and still have no SnackBox. This company have saturated social media with ads but clearly can’t cope with the demand. Avoid.
Has anyone got a telephone number for Snackverse? Disgusting company thathas ignored at least 20 emails from me. taken my money twice and NO BOXES!!!! I am fuming!!!

Hi Suzanne. Apart from email or an online form, it looks like it’s very difficult to get hold of SnackVerse. I had a look on Companies House and their address is a virtual one – it’s shared with thousands of others in a place in London.
